    WINTER/SPRING "TRAVEL TEAMS":

    •Teams: We are creating competitive "Travel Teams" for the u10, u12, u14 and u18/19 age groups. These teams will play local towns in the South Shore Soccer League. Tryouts for the u10 and u12 teams will be held in mid-October. The number of teams per age group depends on number of players who try out (and whether there are enough coaches). Expect to receive tryouts results before the end of October, when players will find whether they are on the team or a "waiting list".
    Chosen players must register in early-November or risk losing a spot on the team to someone on the waiting list. 
    •Winter/Indoor soccer: At the coach's discretion, the Travel teams should expect to play together in one (or two) winter league "sessions" of ~8 games each
    Practices typically begin in January (if not sooner). Games could begin as early as November (Session 1) or end of January (Session 2)
    •The Spring Travel Season: Our teams will play COMPETITIVE area teams. The season typically goes from April to May/June.

    Teams and age groups:     Teams are generally grouped by age groups utilizing birth year and school grade.
